Return Window
You can initiate a return within 3 days after delivery for eligible reasons.
Eligible Return Reasons
- Wrong item delivered (not what you ordered).
- Wrong attributes (for example, color or specifications).
- Item delivered torn, dirty, or damaged.
- Item significantly differs from website description.
- Missing parts or accessories expected with the item.
Item Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be in original packaging and condition.
- Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached.
- Include the original receipt or order confirmation.
Note: Final-sale items and certain categories (such as undergarments) may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
How to Return
- Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email within the 3-day return window.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and share the next steps.
Once approved, returns must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Depending on the payment method, refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect. Exchanges are subject to item availability.
